Miya is our newest rescue at Laughlin Farm — a striking paint mare we saved from a horse auction. When she arrived, she was nothing but skin and bones, and her hooves had grown so long it was painful for her to walk. It was clear she had been neglected for far too long. But even in her fragile state, Miya showed a quiet strength and sweetness that melted our hearts.
