After rescuing June from a kill auction, we transported her for just 3 hours to the Laughlin Farm, but were surprised to discover her condition was even worse than we thought. Our veterinarian diagnosed her with serious pneumonia and strangles, and if we had waited any longer, she wouldn't have made it. After 63 days under close care in the clinic, we were finally able to bring her home to the farm where she has now been for 2 months. Despite her tough journey, June is still full of love for affection and food. She's a true survivor and a shining example of second chances in life!
